In a recent political meeting attended by Sen Spector he was asked the following: "You voted for the expanded H1-B Visa Law. This weakened our immigration laws allowing Atta to get in an hit the World Trade Center. In a recent conference in Boston on Outsourcing the sponsors said to the unemployed Americans that the need to learn to become liasons to manage the IT overseas projects. Your actions have resulted in the loss of jobs to Americans. The Government of India appreciates your business. What are you doing to get the 5-7 Million American High Tech workers back to work?" Spector's Response: "The H1-B Visa program was setup to help employers with finding special technical talent on jobs hard to fill. The main reason that most technical workers are not employed is due to the Corporate Fraud issues. The H1-B Program does not do much to cause the problems here." Analysis: This reponse shows Sen Spector's total disregard for safeguarding the American People, Our Borders and Jobs. This shows he is bought out via the special interests. A major part of his political power is via Herb Barness. www.barness.com. This was the DON!! HomeBuilder of Pennsylvania that was the GOP Power Boss. Perhaps when Spector talks about the "President Kennedy Single Bullet Theory". He should qualify this with the fact he was under the thumb of a FAMILY DON. Since the Rackets were a prime suspect in this deal!! In the past he was also a prime sponsor of the Section 1706 of the 1986 Tax Reform Act. This bill again did harm to the jobs of Technical Professionals working in the US. He did this on a request from Sen Moniyhan on NY. Former Con Dick Shultz stated they knew the Mafia sponsored this tax code!! Spector's sponsor was CDI Corp. www.cdicorp.com they are owned by Greyhound Bus and this can be traced back to the Hoffa's Detroit Teamsters and the Vegas Crowd. These are the folks who sell out the American public to special interest and need the boot!! In his reply he failed to show the least concern about his actions causing the deaths of the people who died in the World Trade Center due to lax immigration laws and any concern for the people who lost jobs due to H1-B or 1706.
